• It takes about 3 - 4 weeks for you to receive a confirmation with the number from the tax office.
• Indicate the SBI codes listed on your Chamber of Commerce extract with the activities.
• Are you a DGA or will you only take on a trainee? Then you do not have to pay employee insurance contributions.
• Choose a monthly declaration instead of a 4-week declaration. This is usually easier for payroll purposes.
• If you register at the Chamber of Commerce and you are already sure that you will hire staff, indicate this well. Then you will automatically receive a payroll tax number.
