Switching payroll can be a real hassle — especially if you’re not in full control yet. Accountants often consider switching mid-year unwise or too complicated. But we don’t think it has to be that way. That’s why we’ve launched the “Employes Switching Service.”

What is the Employes Switching Service?

With the Employes Switching Service, you can switch from your current payroll provider to Employes’ software at any time of the year. Even as a larger company, you no longer have to wait until the start of a new year — you can easily switch in April, May, or any other month. We’ve developed a method that allows us to seamlessly continue your payroll administration. Want to handle entering employee data yourself? That’s completely free. Prefer to outsource it? For a small fee, we’ll set up your entire payroll for you.

How does it work?

Switching your payroll can be quite a task. But Employes makes sure you barely have to lift a finger. If you’d like us to handle the entire setup, we’ll prepare everything for you for a small fee.

What we take care of:

1. We verify all employee data
We ensure that each employee’s payroll details are correctly set up in Employes for accurate payroll processing.

2. Our payroll experts review your payslips
Send us your latest payslips, and we’ll check for errors to ensure all starting balances are correct.

3. We configure Employes for you
We transfer all starting balances and set up your payroll so you can continue exactly as before, just with more ease.

4. We import reserves and other balances
No split year-end statements! We transfer all balances, so your employees receive a single, unified annual statement at the end of the year.

Once everything is set up and verified, your payroll is ready to go, without delays.

What do you need to do?

Before our Employes Onboarding Team can get started, you just need to complete a few quick steps. After that, we handle the rest.

Your part in the process:

1. Create an Employes Account
Sign up and enter your company details.

2. Add Your Employees
Input employee data into Employes, including personal details.

3. Upload Your Last Payslips
Simply upload the latest payslips from your previous payroll system.

That’s it! Once we receive your payslips, we’ll start transferring your payroll immediately. You’ll be up and running with Employes in no time.
