About Procentus
Procentus provides full bookkeeping and payroll services for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs). We also handle all tax-related services, including VAT, income tax (IB), and corporate tax (VPB) filings.
Our clients are primarily director-major shareholders (DGA's) with one or more private limited companies (BVs), often set up in a holding structure.
We also assist sole proprietors in transitioning to a BV. We offer advice, guidance, and even handle the full company formation process for you — 99% of it can be done entirely online.
We’re based in Almere and The Hague, but operate nationwide. And just as important: we work with fixed pricing. No surprises later on.
